Can I choose what treatment I need?
What treatment you receive is discussed and agreed during your initial consultation. How you are treated will depend very much on your diagnosis, pain levels and urgency of your situation
What happens if I miss my appointment?
I would ask you to kindly give me at least 24 hours if you are not going to be able to come to your appointment. If you do not do this, I reserve the right to charge the full fee
Is acupuncture painful?
I have worked hard to develop a virtually painless acupuncture technique. I encourage all patients to feed back during a treatment and let me know if anything feels uncomfortable. I always do my best to make people feel secure, listened to and comfortable as far as I can.

What can Chinese herbs be useful for?
Chinese herbs have been used for centuries to address a wide range of health issues. Here are some common issues that I have had success using them for:
* Boosting immunity and addressing the roots of fatigue
* Digestive health - gut issues, bloating, loss of appetite, chronic constipation
* Respiratory health - allergies, rhinitis, sinusitis, coughs and respiratory infections including Covid and Long Covid.
* Stress and anxiety
* Skin health - rashes, acne and a range of auto immune conditions such as psoriatic arthritis, excema, dermatitis and other conditions
* Hormonal health for both women and men. Endometriosis, painful periods, PMT, menopause to name a few
* Cardiovascular health
* Insomnia
* Musculoskeletal conditions
* Pain - TMJ, Morton's neuroma's, sciatica, low back pain, frozen shoulder, knee pain.
* Cancer care - herbs are useful to support anyone going through cancer treatment to alleviate nasty side effects, protect the bodies vitality and help with recovery after treatment is done.
* After surgery to help the body recover faster and more efficiently.
(Again, this is not an exhaustive list.)
