My neck and shoulders are always tight as I sit at a desk and hate exercise. I found Jenny several years ago and see her pretty much every month. My absolute favourite treatment is the cups and in particular the moving/rocking cups. I find this releases my back, neck and shoulders like nothing else I have experienced. I always leave feeling high and it takes several days to come down!!
