Herbal Snuff

This amazing little pot of Herbal Snuff contains 8 Chinese herbs: H. Lian, Xin Yi Hua, Bai Zhi, Zao Jiao Ci, Huang Qin, Shi Chang Pu, Mu Dan Pi, Cang Er Zi.

During Covid, I found that when a little pinch of this was snorted up each nostril it restores the sense of taste and smell in some of my patients. Some described it as quite miraculous.

It is also very useful for blocked sinuses, sinusitis or rhinitis. I often offer it to my patients when they have been face down on my couch and feel bunged up. You feel cleared out immediately.

Useful to have in your bathroom cabinet.
